Referral Scheme

At e-Recruiter, we are persistently looking for new candidates to place on many of our clients sites. At any one time we have a range of positions throughout the UK, throughout different sectors. We have found that a lot of our candidates come from referrals and the referral of a good candidate is key to our business. If you know a friend or colleague who is looking for work who would be suitable, please let us know.

As a thank you, we provide a loyalty scheme, so the more people you refer, the more we can reward you.

Please find details below:

• 1st referral -  £175       

• 2nd referral – £325

• 3rd referral -  £500

Contract Placements – your referral must work a minimum of 250 hours.

Permanent Placements – your referral must work a minimal of 3 months and still be employed by the client at the time of the referral payment.

Please note we only pay referrals on introductions which lead to a placement.

The offer excludes people who have been placed by e-Recruiter in the last 1 year.
